Billy Rowell was selected ninth in the first round of the 2006 MLB draft by the Baltimore Orioles. Billy had played at the following positions: first base, third base, outfield, and finally a pitcher. The highest that he has ever gone in the Orioles Organization during his six year career was AA Bowie.

Billy was last seen on the Jersey Shore (yeah that show) in the background smoking some weed and then subsequently complaining about his role in the Orioles organization.
Why am I not surprised by this.
