So how can something be shipped 11/26/2011 with a tracking number? Funny it's September unless I missed something. Shipped in Nov?

Clay Luraschi has come unstuck in time.
Here's what I think the deal is from my experience... when you redeem it, they assign a "projected" ship date. Then they ship it and put in a ship confirmation. However, they never go back and change the ship date. I have a Jason Heyward that wasn't supposed to ship until December of this year, but last week, a ship confirmation number showed up and it still shows the same date in December as the ship date.
@dayf: Oh god.....why do I feel like it's the start of time travel in a Star Trek series.
@dimwit: Doesn't that just seem wrong/misleading though? Seems a little fishy.
